MF1700-C3: High-Speed Roll Lamination & Edge Trimming

Built for businesses looking to expand capacity and versatility, the upgraded MF1700-C3 combines heavy-duty physical stability with reliable high-speed output. The system executes single-sided heat-assisted lamination and precision trimming in a single integrated pass.

• Thermal & Roller Stability: Equipped with premium, glue-free 130mm silicon rollers engineered to maintain structural integrity under continuous 20m/min workloads.
• Simultaneous Edge Slitting: Features a pneumatic rear cutting bar and fully adjustable tungsten steel blades with a functional lifetime exceeding 15,000 meters.
• Operation Tracking: Front and rear control panels feature an upgraded LED display providing real-time data for speed, temperature (up to 60°C top heat), and lamination records.
• Core Parameters: Features a maximum lamination width of 1630mm (64"), a maximum material thickness of 28mm (1.1"), and stable pneumatic roller up/down control.

MF1700-XY: Automatic XY Trimming

For high-precision workflows where alignment errors lead to material waste, the MF1700-XY offers continuous, dual-directional correction for automated horizontal and vertical bleed cutting.

• Dual-Axis Precision: Automatically corrects roll misalignments during operation to maintain a strict cutting accuracy tolerance within ±0.5mm.
• Industrial Blade System: Utilizes double self-sharpening circular blades for long-lasting horizontal cuts, paired with 5 vertical tungsten steel blades.
• Inline Workflow Processing: Built with a swing-type air shaft and 90mm silicone rollers, allowing direct integration with Jumbo Roll Feeders, printers, or laminators to eliminate manual material handling.
• Core Parameters: Delivers a maximum cutting width of 1620mm, a maximum cutting speed of 12m/min, and a robust pneumatic roller handling system.
